    Bioline Co-Precipitant Linear Polyacrylamide (Pink), aid salt/alcohol precipitation of DNA and RNA. Co-Precipitants are suitable for most applications, including the precipitation of DNA for sequencing, DNA after enzymatic manipulations and RNA from different sources.

    Bioline Co-Precipitants are free of nucleic acids, therefore, all resulting precipitates are suitable for standard PCR, RT-PCR and other enzymatic reactions. Bioline Co-Precipitants provide almost complete recovery of DNA/RNA fragments as small as 25 bp.

    Storage & Stability

    All components should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for optimum stability. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

    When stored under the recommended conditions and handled correctly, full activity of the reagents is retained until the expiry date indicated on the outer box label.

    FAQs

    SureClean Plus also contains the Co-Precipitant Pink that can be added to the sample to facilitate easy visualization of the purified pellet. Although the Co-Precipitant Pink does not interfere with downstream applications such as cloning, PCR, real time PCR or enzymatic reactions, it is not compatible with spectrophotometric analysis of the DNA content.
