Quality Management System
For the realization of our policy on quality and the company processes aligned for success, a quality
management system (QMS) according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 is maintained and developed further. In the
quality management manual and related documents, the operations of the company are described transparently
and comprehensively. The QMS thereby forms the operating organizational framework, in particular for the
numerous linked processes. To safeguard conformity with the structure and sequence organization of our
company, the QMS will be updated if necessary. The regular examination of the effectiveness and appropriateness of our QMS is supported by internal audits. The evaluation by the general manager is effected on basis of suitable criteria.


Obligation to Continual Improvement
Bioline recognizes that we have an ongoing obligation to the continual improvement of our QMS. The application
and the interaction of our policy on quality, quality goals, internal audit results and the management review accomplish this. We encourage our staff and our customers to give us constructive criticism and to systematically determine their satisfaction. All employees are required to contribute by making suggestions for the improvement
of the processes and thus increase the efficiency of our company.
