MIQE: Minimum Information for Publication of Quantitative Real-Time PCR Experiments
http://www.rdml.org/miqe.php
The aim of MIQE, coordinated by a group of research-active scientists and coordinated under the umbrella of MIBBI (Minimum Information for Biological and Biomedical Investigations) is to provide authors, reviewers and editors specifications for the minimum information that must be reported for a real-time PCR experiment in order to ensure its relevance, accuracy, correct interpretation and repeatability.
The Reference in qPCR - Academic & Industrial Information Platform
http://www.gene-quantification.info
The Gene Quantification page describes and summarises all technical aspects involved in quantitative gene expression analysis using real-time qPCR & qRT-PCR. It presents a lot of new and innovative applications, chemistries, methods, algorithms, cyclers, kits, dyes, analysis methods, events, and services involved.
