- Description
The SensiMix Probe Kit is a high-performance product with superior sensitivity and specificity on a wide range of real-time instruments such as the Corbett Research Rotor-Gene™ 3000 and Roche LightCycler® 480. A separate tube of ROX fluorescent dye is supplied in order to facilitate the option of measuring this passive reference signal on real-time instruments including the ABI 7500 and 7900HT and Stratagene Mx3000P® and Mx3005P® platforms.
The SensiMix Probe Kit has been designed for fast, quantitative real-time PCR using sequence-specific probes in DNA assays. The kit has been optimized for use on a wide variety of assays, such as routine real-time PCR, allelic discrimination assays, and probe chemistries including TaqMan®, molecular beacons, Scorpions® and FRET probes
