Shipping and Delivery Details:

Shipments are sent via next day courier and depending on the nature of the product and temperature sensitivity, shipments will be at ambient temperature or include either ice packs or dry ice.
Orders received by 3pm will generally be shipped the same day for next day delivery.
Shipments are made Monday to Thursday.
Ambient temperature and ice pack shipments are subject to a $35.00 overnight shipping and handling fee.
Dry ice shipments are subject to a $47.00 total charge including overnight shipping and a special dry ice handling fee.
